By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.

All our products are made to order / produced on demand especially for you. This means each item is custom-printed, hand assembled, or manufactured only after your order is placed. We partner with trusted production and fulfillment providers to create and ship your items directly to you.

Production & Fulfillment Time

  • Orders are typically produced and prepared for shipping within 2–7 business days after placement (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Because every piece is individually hand assembled with care, production requires dedicated time for assembly, quality checks, and finishing—especially during periods of high order volume when many customers are ordering at the same time.
  • This can occasionally extend processing times beyond the standard window (particularly around holidays, sales events, or peak seasons).
  • Once production is complete, your order enters the shipping phase.

We’ll send you an order confirmation immediately and a shipping confirmation (with tracking link, where available) as soon as your item(s) ship.

By placing an order you accept that we do not guarantee a shipping date, cancellations due to “Long shipping times” may not be possible because you were informed in advance.”

Shipping Times & Carriers

Shipping speeds vary depending on your location, the product, and the fulfillment location closest to you. Typical transit times after an order leaves production:

  • Domestic (e.g., within China): 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–30 business days

These are estimated delivery windows and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to carrier issues, customs clearance (for international orders), weather, or high-volume periods.

We ship worldwide (with exceptions) for free with air freight.

Important Notes About On-Demand Production

Because every item is individually produced just for you:

  • Some of our items make use of pre-owned products—these may show signs of wear consistent with their pre-owned nature (minor variations in condition or appearance are possible; please review product details carefully).
  • We cannot combine separate orders into one package if they are placed at different times (they may ship separately).
  • We are unable to cancel or significantly modify orders once production has started (usually within a few hours of placement).
  • Address changes after an order is placed may not be possible—if the package is already in transit, additional reshipping fees will apply.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Most orders include tracking. You’ll receive a notification with tracking details once your package ships. You can also check your order status by logging into your account or contacting us.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window:

  1. Check the tracking information first.
  2. Wait an additional 3–5 business days (carriers sometimes update late).
  3. Contact us with your order number—we’ll investigate and help resolve the issue (replacement or refund may be possible depending on the carrier’s response).

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers may be responsible for any customs fees, import duties, VAT/GST, or brokerage charges once the package reaches your country. These fees are not included in the order total and are collected by your local customs office or carrier.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
